Data Storage
To facilitate the shopping process and subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner, as well as name, address, phone number, email, and payment information via cookies.
The following data is also stored for contract processing: email and name.
The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment and pre-contractual measures. Without this data, a contract cannot be concluded. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of payment data (credit card information) to processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the shopping process, the stored data will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). Furthermore, the transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) GDPR.
