The KISS Response package includes an emergency blanket to maintain body heat. Maintaining heat is essential and of great importance. Simple tips and tricks make correct use child's play.
At KISS Response we strive to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a return according to the following guidelines:
- Return period:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Return authorization:
- Returns will only be accepted for unused, undamaged items that are in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been specially made or personalized are not returnable unless they have defects or errors.
- Return procedure:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or due to defects in the product.
- Refund:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within five business days to the original payment method used.
- The refund will include the purchase price of the item but not the shipping costs paid. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or due to defects in the product.
- Exchange:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Damaged or faulty items:
- If an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a refund or exchange. Please have pictures of the damaged item available for our internal inspection.
Please note that returns that do not comply with the above guidelines may not be accepted or may only be partially refunded.
